Business Manager - Kidderminster
Our client, a Car Dealership in the Kidderminster area has requested our assistance in their recruitment of an outstanding Business Manager to join an outstanding dealership.
they are looking to appoint an accomplished transaction Executive who has the range of customer care skills, professional competence and a confident manner of presentation that is appropriate to high value brand car sales.
We are looking for a Business Manager who is a proven performer and able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to work successfully under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will be responsible for incremental Finance & Insurance income along with the sales of other value added products in line with the Company KPI’s. You will be responsible for FCA compliance and will work with the Sales Manager to ensure the sales process is always driven forward with 100% referral. You will measure and monitor your performance with accurate logging and reporting of figures to senior management.
The successful applicant/candidate is likely to be working in a similar role as Business Manager within another marque and we are looking for an enthusiastic personality and someone with the ability to converse at all levels, plus the drive to be a top performer. As a natural leader, you will possess the ability to manage and motivate those around you, driving others to increase their contribution to the business.
This exceptional and experienced Business Manager required to assist and work closely with the General Sales Manager
Multifranchise site and large used car operation (1000+ cars in group stock)
Proven and evidenced track record of successful Business Management in vehicle sales
Administering already implemented, robust sales process control of 7 experienced sales executives
Continual motivating, coaching, guiding sales team
FCA and SAF accredited
Sale of financial products including HP, PCP and C/Hire - GAP insurance products, Extended Warranty, Vehicle cosmetic protection, Service Plans
Handling customer issues prior to escalation.
Consistent achievement of set KPI’s
Basic £15,000 to £20,000 depending on experience
Realistic OTE (uncapped)£55,000 - £65,000 / annum
Regular day off in the week
Company Car
Hours 0900 to 1800 Weekdays
Every Saturday 0900 to 1700
Every two Sundays on, then off 1000 to 1600
22 days Holiday plus Bank holidays (Holidays increase with length of service)
