Our client, a highly successful franchised Main Dealer, is looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their team in Birmingham. Motability accreditation is essential as well as experience with the scheme
- Uncapped commission, but realistic OTE of £50,000

The Individual
You must be a well-presented and professional Car Sales Executive with a clear understanding of the sales process, a stable employment history with a demonstratable record of success in order to be considered for this position.
Duties
The main duties include assisting customers with the purchase of new and used vehicles following a structured sales process:-
- meeting and greeting customers,
- qualifying customer needs,
- carrying out test drives,
- part exchange appraisal,
- presenting proposals,
- closing deals
- carrying out a quality delivery.
You must be currently working as a Car Sales Executive to be considered for this position and looking to join a professionally managed dealership where performance is highly rewarded and you will be recognised as an individual that contributes to the success of the business.
