Our client, a main dealer group, part of a wider Dealer group, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their team in Solihull, West Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to sell vehicles and associated products within a highly motivated and structured sales environment.
The Role
To achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels as defined in the job description.
To achieve all the key performance standards contained within the job description.
To provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the Company.
The Person
You will:
Have an outstanding record of sales achievement
Be able to comply with all company and manufacturer’s disciplines, procedures and reporting analysis
Be able to work within a defined sales process environment
Have good administration skills
Have an understanding of database management
You must be self-motivated and results orientated, possess the drive and determination to succeed in a competitive environment, with a ‘no compromise’ approach to customer satisfaction.
You will be currently working as a Car Sales Executive, but be hungry to achieve more in both status. This position offers an excellent basic salary and ote earning potential.
