Our client, a main dealer group, part of a wider Dealer group, is seeking a Car Sales Executive to join their team in Stoke On Trent, West Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to sell vehicles and associated products within a highly motivated and structured sales environment.
The Role
To achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels as defined in the job description.
To achieve all the key performance standards contained within the job description.
To provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the Company.
The Person
You will:
Be able to comply with all company and manufacturer’s disciplines, procedures and reporting analysis
Be able to work within a defined sales process environment
Have good administration skills
Have an understanding of database management
You must be self-motivated and results orientated, possess the drive and determination to succeed in a competitive environment, with a ‘no compromise’ approach to customer satisfaction.
1 weekend of in 3 and a day off every week
This position offers an excellent basic salary and ote earning potential.
